Computer vision
Detecting violations in a video stream: PPE and hazardous zones on site, fights graded by severity, weapons by silhouette, vandalism, abnormal crowd density. It runs on the cameras the customer already has.
AI SafetyArtificial intelligence
Construction site control and industrial safety, the digital twin of Almaty, the emergency services, the wellbeing of personnel. Datasets, models and platforms are built inside the group and deployed on the customer's own infrastructure.
AI Safety is the Adal Group practice where the group's own models and algorithms are born.
We do not resell someone else's artificial intelligence: the datasets, the training, the integration and the support are ours, and every model ships inside a platform already running for a government customer.
Present in every field
Construction, industrial safety, emergency services, the city, law enforcement, mining and search for people in disaster zones — each field has a working product with our AI in it.
Proven at state level
AI Baqylau was field-tested with the support of the Presidential Property Management Department, PROMBEZ.KZ covers 5,230 hazardous industrial facilities across 42 regions, and the digital twin is backed by a memorandum with the city of Almaty.
Data stays in the country
Training and inference run on the customer's infrastructure or in Kazakhstan data centres. Interfaces in three languages, work inside a closed departmental perimeter, role-based access and a full audit log.
Detecting violations in a video stream: PPE and hazardous zones on site, fights graded by severity, weapons by silhouette, vandalism, abnormal crowd density. It runs on the cameras the customer already has.
The behavioural layer scores risk from 0 to 100 from facial expression, gesture, gait and reaction to surroundings. The operator gets a priority alert before an incident escalates, instead of a recording after it.
Semantic search across the national AGSK catalogue, a full cost estimate assembled from a bill of quantities against the ABC-4 database, and clash review between a contractor's estimate and the design. To Kazakhstan standards: GOST, ST RK, GOST 21.110.
A live 3D model of a city and of a site: as-built compared against BIM, 360° panoramas and drone capture on site, seismic vulnerability of buildings and earthquake simulation from M5 to M8 in the Almaty digital twin.
Automatic scoring against established psychodiagnostic methods, risk levels for suicide, PTSD, depression and burnout, and a recommended next step for the specialist. The final call always rests with a person.
Our own datasets and labelling, our own hardware — a smart helmet and a wearable radio node — integrations with cameras, access control, drones and BIM, and deployment inside the customer's closed perimeter.
The systems our models run inside, by field — from the construction site to the city situation centre.
The safety video analytics model is trained on our own labelled dataset and measured on a held-out set — these are its figures.
A construction site under AI control
One platform for site control: AI video analytics for PPE and hazardous zones, as-built work compared against the BIM model and 360° panoramas, access records and a digital timesheet, work schedules, estimates and material requests — all in one interface.
In production — Contractors, developers, technical supervision
6platform modules
Field-tested with the Presidential Property Management Department
A bill of quantities becomes an estimate in minutes
Three AI Baqylau modules: semantic search across the AGSK catalogue, a full estimate assembled from a bill of quantities against the ABC-4 database with materials, payroll and machinery, and a comparison of the contractor's estimate against the design — substitutions, understatements and padded items surface before anyone reaches the site.
Modules in the platform — Cost engineers, technical supervision, expert review
55clashes in one review
A full estimate from a bill of quantities against ABC-4
A helmet that sees and hears
A smart helmet with a camera, two-way voice and sensors: an SOS button and automatic fall alarm, PM2.5 dust monitoring in the breathing zone, coordinates and live video streamed to the platform. For mining — methane, carbon monoxide, oxygen and hydrogen sulphide, with underground positioning.
Production device — Construction sites, mines, workshops and tunnels
IP66, 650 g, 5,000 mAh, −10 to +60 °C
Industrial safety in one loop
Supervision of hazardous industrial facilities: a single register, the full cycle from inspection to violation, order and remedy, risk analytics, and an AI adviser that answers safety-rule questions with references to the exact clauses.
National platform — Ministry of Emergency Situations and its regional offices
5,230facilities in the register
18,400+ inspections, 42 regions
A living model of the city
A 3D base of the city that sensors and analytics plug into: utility networks, cadastre and master plan, seismic vulnerability of buildings, air quality, earthquake simulation and what-if scenarios in the situation centre.
Version 1.0 online — Almaty city administration and municipal services
445,859buildings in 3D
61,139 road sections, 16,847 points of interest, 40 sensors
AI beside the dispatcher
A single system for receiving and handling 112, 101, 102, 103 and 104 calls: one call record shared between services, every crew and incident on one map, automatic selection of the nearest available crew, and a full audit trail.
In production — Almaty digitalisation office, City Development Centre
5services in one loop
112, 101, 102, 103 and 104
Regulation run on data
A platform for the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies: the full cycle from entering a company in the state register to approving a tariff, reporting and analytics. 18 business processes, 10 modules and 16 integrations with government systems.
Under state contract — The regulator, local authorities, market participants
2,850users
18 business processes, 16 integrations, 98.7% availability
Coordinates where there is no network
A wearable radio node sends a person's coordinates to the command post with no cellular network and no internet: a satellite fix every second, a short packet on air, a receiver at the post and a map in the browser. The whole path has been verified, from satellite to the dot on the map.
Prototype — Emergency services and search-and-rescue teams
8 bytesper coordinate packet
0.001% air time, a fix every second
Predictive video analytics
A preventive layer over existing city cameras: one module recognises fights graded by severity, weapons, vandalism and crushes, the other reads behaviour before the act. Both feed a single risk index that walks the operator to the right camera.
In development — Stations, malls, stadiums, public squares
0–100scene risk index
Alarm threshold at 70
Early risk detection
An ecosystem for psychological services in law enforcement: automated monitoring of signals and early detection of bullying, suicide and deviant-behaviour risks. The final call always rests with a specialist.
In production — Law enforcement, Kazakhstan
Resilience of the personnel
A psychological-work platform inside a secured perimeter: assigning methods by unit, automatic scoring, risk levels for suicide, PTSD, depression and burnout, a watch group, and a ready report for the command in official format.
Ready to deploy — Law enforcement and government agencies
Development is run by the AG Vision KZ and AG Digital KZ teams together with AG Corporation KZ, AG Construction KZ and the Institute of Seismic Safety. AG Vision KZ is an accredited Astana Hub participant; the software, the models and the architecture remain the group's intellectual property.
