Joint research on three sites
A delegation of the Institute of Seismic Safety LLP held working talks with representatives of the Institute of Geology of the China Earthquake Administration. The main purpose was to develop scientific and technical cooperation in seismic hazard assessment, engineering seismology and the safety of strategically important facilities.
What came of it
The Institute is in scientific and technical cooperation with the Institute of Geology of the China Earthquake Administration across all three areas — exchange of experience, joint research and specialist training.
The cooperation covers seismic hazard assessment, engineering seismology and the safety of strategically important facilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
